- Right to withdraw consent: Similar to the previous right, the individual can withdraw previously given consent for the processing of their data for a specific purpose, without this implying, a priori, any limitation in the use of products or services. - Right to data portability: The individual can request that their personal data be sent to them in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or they can have their personal data transferred to a third party.
- Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions (including profiling): Duconti Ltd. does not make automated individual decisions with the data obtained from you on our websites. The collection of personal data is carried out solely and exclusively through the form published in the CONTACT section of our website, as well as through commercial contacts of any kind and emails that customers may send to Duconti Ltd. when requesting our services.

- DATA RETENTION PERIODS
Duconti Ltd. will retain customer data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for compliance with legal obligations. Likewise, both data from former customers and from customers or users will be retained for promotional actions for a period of 5 years, not being kept longer than necessary for the aforementioned purposes, without prejudice to retention that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or as allowed or required by applicable legislation. Data for the management of inquiries and requests will be kept for the time necessary to respond to them and for a maximum period of 5 years.
- IMPLEMENTED SECURITY MEASURES
Duconti Ltd. is committed to complying with the duty of custody and confidentiality of data and its obligation of secrecy. For this purpose, all necessary measures will be adopted to prevent their alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed (whether natural risks, industrial risks, unintended risks, or intentional risks from human action). With the same purpose, continuous monitoring, control, and evaluation of all processes are maintained to ensure respect for privacy and information security according to international standards.
- PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
All private communications between Duconti Ltd. and customers/users will be considered confidential.
- DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
Duconti Ltd. does not sell, transfer, lease, or transmit in any way information or personal data of its Customers/Users to third parties.
- CHANGES TO THE SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Duconti Ltd. reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy discretely, at any time and without prior notice, always in accordance with the current Dutch and European legislation on data protection.
Company Legal Agreement of Duconti Ltd.

LEGAL DOCUMENT
This Legal Document ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of 04-07-2022, by and between Duconti Ltd., a Dutch corporation with its principal place of business at Torenallee 101, 5617 BR in Eindhoven, the Netherlands ("Duconti"), and its future clients, hereby called ("Counterparty").
WHEREAS, (Exhibit A) Duconti Ltd. is a business development consulting company, specializing in the development and coaching of businesses and persons, through explicit transformational products and services, and “Counterparty” is fully aware of the core business of Duconti Ltd. where he or she is getting involved in.
Payments of invoices shall be payed by bank transfer or credit card within 14 days of purchase of any products of Duconti Ltd. to our bank account number as shown on the invoice.
WHEREAS, The parties wish to enter into an agreement that governs their relationship and the terms under which they will engage in mutually beneficial business activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Services and Deliverables
a. Duconti Ltd. shall provide the services and deliverables as detailed in the attached Exhibit A, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
2. Payment Terms
a. Counterparty agrees to pay Duconti Ltd. the fees as specified in Exhibit A, in accordance with the payment schedule set forth therein.
b. Payment shall be made in the currency specified in Exhibit A and shall be subject to any applicable taxes or withholdings required by law.
3. Confidentiality
a. Both parties acknowledge that during the course of their engagement, confidential information may be disclosed. Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party and to use such information only for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations under this Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property rights related to the services, products, or deliverables provided by Duconti Ltd. shall remain the exclusive property of Duconti Ltd.
b. Counterparty shall not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property of Duconti Ltd. without obtaining prior written consent.
5. Term and Termination
a. This Agreement shall commence on the effective date stated above and shall continue until the completion of the services, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
b. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice specifying the breach.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
b. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
8. Entire Agreement
a. This Agreement, together with its attached exhibits, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
